It has officially been announced that the match will occur on Sunday, May 5, with kickoff set for 4.30 p.m. (BST). The match will be shown live in the UK on Sky Sports.
The anticipated rescheduling was necessary in the event that Liverpool advanced to the Europa League semifinals, which are scheduled for two Thursdays in a row (May 2 and May 9).
The Reds’ main commitment is to the top level, therefore they won’t have expected Spurs to play just three days before their trip to Anfield.
They have officially declared that they will go to Chelsea on May 2 to play in the Carabao Cup final, which caused the match to be postponed.
